Apparel Technical Designer
I know we are connected in a strange spiritual tangle of synapsis, like mycelium underground, doing its magical work between the trees and plants. This is what we are as sisters, the network between us, nurturing and fostering with our every fiber creating beauty around us no one knowing or seeing the energy it truly takes.
Embodying a potent entrepreneurial spirit, I have spent years honing my craft through owning a business focused on pattern and product development, sample making, CAD pattern making, and grading for small and large-scale production, as well as custom clothing, accessories, and home interiors.
I spent 9 years teaching fashion design at a technical high school and developed an educational fashion-apparel sketchbook.
With a wealth of industry experience and knowledge, I now passionately employ my unique expertise to support and innovate for the next generation of designers and freelance technical design work.
A new journey
For many years, my sister, Sue, and I have dreamed of having a dream together. Onward Sister is a mixture of our individual skills and the strength of our bond as sisters.

I love to give from my heart to boost others up. I am an avid problem-solver and thrive in teams where creativity, pushing innovation, and thinking outside of the box are the norm. Success happens because people find a way to collaborate and maximize their strengths.
Being the most genuine version of myself is how I operate. I believe in this mission to empower and encourage, investing in our sisters by sharing our stories and teaching others about resilience and strength.
Whether you’re already in the industry, aspiring to be, or just love to create, you might want to check it out.
